Have a look at what they do. Its a real mix and a lot. Surely prisons dominates it all. Still the department may give the smaller bits within it a bigger voice at the cabinet table than they had previously. Apparently the judges quite like the new arrangements which is intereting given the level of anger when the new department was created.
